Underwear rumor mill: Ginch Gonch Boys

In the past few weeks, everyone who tracks the Ginch Gonch Boys, Ethan Reynolds and Benjamin Bradley, has become very curious.  These real life boyfriends have been traveling the nation together, promoting Ginch Gonch men's underwear with their fabulous bodies and causing a stir.  Everyone loves to watch them.  I've been tracking Ethan since the early days of UndiesDrawer, and I just recently had a conversation with a friend in which we agreed that Ethan and Benjamin seemed to have a great future together as we perused photos of the new house they bought together

Strange things began happening two or three weeks ago.  Ethan's blog over at Brat Boy School just disappeared -- all posts gone.   Then, on Benmain's blog --  The Project BE --  a blog post titled "New Direction" and dated October 17 noted the change over at Brat Boy School, said that "Ethan and I are safe and sound" but added that they had decided to take a new direction with their management. Also he noted that this in no way reflected on their sponsors or affiliated companies.

Then, things changed again.  Project BE, which used to stand for "Benjamin & Ethan" became "Benjamin Enlightened", which led to speculation that Ben and Ethan have broken up.  Benjamin's Myspace status has changed to "Single" according to reports and now stands at "Swinger".   Ethan's Myspace status hasn't changed and still shows him "In a relationship" as does the Ginch Gonch Boys Myspace page.

Gossip has been flying all over the Web as to what's going on and very little is clear.  Some rumors have been Ginch Gonch specific, such as to speculation about the seemingly slow launch of the newest Ginch Gonch lines and rumors that Ethan and Benjamin never even had a contract commitment to Ginch Gonch, fueling rumors that Ginch Gonch is going down and the disappearance of Benjamin and Ethan is merely a symptom of larger problems at Ginch Gonch.

We have it from good sources that Ginch Gonch is doing just fine, but that Benjamin and Ethan seem to have split up for the time being.  Also, the story is that Ethan and Benjamin are under new management (possibly separate management?).  But one rumor that was put to bed by our sources is the question of the Boys' contract with Ginch Gonch.  It is our understanding that both Ethan and Benjamin are under contract with Ginch Gonch and remain so, and that Ethan and Benjamin are still considered the spokesmen for Ginch Gonch regardless of their relational status.

Crazy stuff in the men's underwear world!  We'll keep you posted as we find out more.
