I remember a while back checking out ScoreUnderwear.com and liking what I was looking at. Plus it was fun to undress the various models in different scenes.
Last week I got my hands on the Sport Brief and could not wait to get into them and give them my usual "new underwear workout".
So here is what I did...
Day 1 - I got the underwear later in the afternoon when UPS seems to come to my house, luckily I was still home, I was just on my way out to the gym.
I threw them on quick to give them a quick feel and look at in the mirror. Nice. However, I did not want to try them out at the gym until I had worn them for a day; just in case.
Day 2 - Slid in and again got that nice snug comfortable feeling. The Sport Brief is a low rise brief and just what I needed to add to my collection.
However, while I did get the right size according to the size chart I found that the low rise did not leave me enough room in the pouch for my "goods" and I did not get complete coverage of my "junk in the trunk" when I would move, sit down and then stand up again. Yet they were still comfortable - I did not feel squished and flattened just compacted.
The Sport Brief is constructed with solid 100% cotton material, most of my underwear collection consists of blended materials and it was a refreshing change to feel 100% cotton again.
One of the reasons I switched to blended fabrics was because I was tired of my underwear stretching out during the day and bunching, pulling and tugging and requiring readjustment.
Even though these were a bit tighter fit on me the brief never stretched out of shape during the day. Not even when I decided to walk home from downtown on a hot muggy afternoon.
When I got home that night they were exactly the same fit as they were that morning. I like that in a pair of underwear!
Hung out that night on the couch watching movies, still comfortable. I was really impressed.
However I ran into a small snag and I really think it is all due to pouch size and anatomy. A small tear developed where the pouch separated from the waist band. Now I am neither bragging or complaining here [wink wink] just sharing information.
I am quite confident that if you are sporting equipment that leans to the "above the average" and want to enjoy the low rise benefits you may wish to go a size up. However, in looking at the pictures for the Score Brief I am pretty sure you can just get the size you normally wear.
Since then I have thrown them in the wash, to which they held up well in holding their shape, comfort and support. Again something that was annoying me with 100% cotton construction in underwear.
One of the things that I liked about the approach Score is taking to the underwear market with how they describe their attitude on styling.
Rather than add to the rainbow of colors which is currently flooding the underwear market, our designer John Falocco started with a simple, elegant and upscale approach.
The styling is more traditional and is designed for comfort.
SCORE underwear is special because of its simplicity.
Each pair is a stand-out because of the elegant blue satin SCORE label and the distinctive blue stripe which rings each elastic band.
Finally, every SCORE product is MADE IN THE USA of fine 100% US Cotton fabric.
We have colors and prints coming down the line in boxer shorts and other styles.
I do need to touch a bit on the price point of $27.95 USD per pair. You may think that this is steep, yet I do encourage you to consider this.
These are a solidly built brief. The quality of the fabric, waistband and stitching is top-notch. The attention to design is very detailed and I really found the cut so comfortable.
I can definitely see these briefs being a smart investment when making an addition to your underwear collection.
MY OVERALL RATING:
At the end of it all I have to give the Score Underwear Sport Brief a full 10 out of 10 based on the following.
FIT* -- 10 (out of 10)
STYLE -- 10 (out of 10)
QUALITY -- 10 (out of 10)
VALUE -- 10 (out of 10)
* Remember that even though I found the pouch short for myself I was not at all uncomfortable, rather just held compactly in place without being flattened out.

Thank you for your kind evaluation of my product design.
Comfort, fit, style, and a quality product was my goal.
I felt that I accomplished this after reading your review.
Regards,
John Falocco

I agree with your review. I bought the Score sports briefs; these are the ONLY underwear I've ever gotten where they fit me EXACTLY like they look on the models in the Score photos. Awesome feel and look to look like those hot dudes!! and they look like that even after a day of wear. Tony
