Enter to win up to nine (9) pairs of the first run line of MaleBasics men's underwear through the UndiesDrawer MaleBasics Underwear Giveaway! First place winner will receive 3 pairs of MaleBasics underwear in all 3 colors for a total of 9 pairs of this new underwear line, a $150 value. Second place will get 6 pairs, and third place will get 3 pairs. Two fourth place winners will get $10 store credit at MaleBasics.com to purchase MaleBasics underwear.
You may enter only once per person per day. As the contest will run 14 days, each person may have a total of 14 entries submitted. If we determine that one person has submitted entries from multiple email accounts, we will delete all but 14 of the entries. Contest ends July 20, 2008 at 11:59 p.m EST.
We have tried to make the submission form friendly for international users as well. Please note: all email addresses used to enter the contest will be added to the MaleBasics.com email newsletter mailing list. (If that concerns you, the mailing list has very simple unsubscribe options).
Winners will be posted here at UndiesDrawer and at MaleBasics.com after confirmation by MaleBasics of sizing preferences and shipping address by email. Official rules are below.
UNDIESDRAWER MALEBASICS UNDERWEAR GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
1) Entrants must submit an online entry form found at http://www.undiesdrawer.com/undiesdrawer/malebasics.html electronically to enter the UndiesDrawer MaleBasics Underwear Giveaway. No purchase of any kind is required to enter this contest. All email addresses used in entering the contest will be added to the MaleBasics email newsletter mailing list which provides simple unsubscribe options if the user chooses to opt out of the newsletter once subscribed. By submitting an entry through the online entry form, each entrant consents to be placed on the MaleBasics email newsletter mailing list.
2) Prize packages: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive every color (3 colors) of every style (3 styles) of the first run MaleBasics men's underwear collection, for a total of 9 pieces of men's underwear per winner (estimated retail value per winner: $150 USD); One (1) second place winner will receive two (2) colors of every style (3 styles) of the first run MaleBasics men's underwear collection, for a total of 6 pieces of men's underwear; One (1) third place winner will receive one (1) color of every style (3 styles) of the first run MaleBasics men's underwear collection, for a total of 3 pieces of men's underwear; and two (2) fourth place winners will receive a ten dollar ($10 USD) store credit at MaleBasics.com that can be used for the purchase of MaleBasics underwear.
3) Contest available only to entrants both inside and outside the United States except where void. All other entries submitted with shipping addresses where this contest is prohibited by law will be deemed void.
4) One entry per person per day will be allowed for a total of 14 total contest entries per person. Only one entry per person per day will be counted as a proper submission and any additional entries will be considered void. In the event it is determined that one entrant has used multiple email addresses to submit entries additional times, all but 14 of the entries will be deemed void and only 14 entries will be deemed valid.
5) Only one prize package will be allowed per person. In the event one person uses multiple winning email addresses to enter the contest, all other email addresses besides the winning address will be considered void and only one prize package will be shipped.
6) Any duplicate entries will be deleted, and UndiesDrawer and MaleBasics reserve the right to void any entries that appear to be fraudulent or an attempt to stuff the box of entries.
7) Entry materials become the property of UndiesDrawer and MaleBasics and will not be acknowledged or returned. UndiesDrawer and MaleBasics will not be responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or illegible entries or unsuccessful attempts to notify the winners.
8) Past or present bloggers of UndiesDrawer and past or present employees of MaleBasics and their immediate family members are not allowed to enter.
9) Contest ends July 20, 2008 PM at 11:59 EST. Five (5) winning email addresses will be randomly selected according to a process and at a location agreed between UndiesDrawer and MaleBasics by July 27, 2008 and an email will be sent at that time to each selected email address from MaleBasics notifying of the selection as a potential winner. UndiesDrawer and MaleBasics will not be responsible for failure of an entrant to respond because the notification email was filtered as spam on the entrant's end. It is the responsibility of the entrant to properly set spam filters and/or check spam folders for the notification email through the month of July, 2008.
10) Returned emails or emails that fail to respond to the message from MaleBasics within 5 days of being sent by MaleBasics will be voided and a new email address selected in its place.
11) The owner of the email address will not officially be considered a winner until a complete email response is received from that email address by MaleBasics with underwear sizing preferences as requested in the email from MaleBasic and a confirmed shipping address.
12) Winners of the contest will be publshed on both UndiesDrawer.com and MaleBasics.com, and entrants, by submitting an entry via the online form, consent to be identified on those websites in the event he or she is confirmed a winner of the giveaway.
13) Choice of underwear items shipped and time of shipment will be at the sole discretion of MaleBasics. MaleBasics will cover the cost of shipment of the items to the winners and will ship via priority mail with a tracking number that MaleBasics will forward to the winner. No returns or exchanges will be allowed.
14) Neither UndiesDrawer or MaleBasics will be responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipment.
15) All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
16) Income and other taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the winner of any prize.
17) UndiesDrawer and MaleBasics are not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants in connection with participation in the contest.
18) Use of the contest or UndiesDrawer.com to engage in "flaming" or other inappropriate "netiquette" is prohibited.
19) By submitting an entry form, each participant agrees to be bound by these contest rules, and agree that the decisions of UndiesDrawer and MaleBasics are final.
20) Each participant further agrees that UndiesDrawer and MaleBasics may share between them all information collected through the contest and/or entry forms, whether individually or in the aggregate.
21) Each participant agrees to release and hold UndiesDrawer and MaleBasics, their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, agents, representatives and its subsidiaries, parent companies or other affiliated companies harmless from any and all damages, losses, claims and/or liabilities arising out of his/her participation in the contest or resulting from accepting or claiming of any prize awarded hereunder.
22) UndiesDrawer and MaleBasics reserve the right to cancel the contest in the event of a computer virus, technology problem or error or otherwise in its sole discretion at any time.
23) References to "UndiesDrawer" herein refer to UndiesDrawer.com, its affiliated sites and its governing company or entity, and references to "MaleBasics" herein refer to MaleBasics.com, its affiliated sites and its governing company or entity.
